All good things must come to an end, but at least our guests got parting gifts to keep the party going. (Most guests left after the cake and ice cream, but we had several who decided to stay for our screening of Harry Potter & the Chamber of Secrets.)
Our guests went home with:
Their house crest pins (Hufflepuff, Gryffindor, Slytherin or Ravenclaw, from Zazzle.com)
Their wands and "Magic for Muggles" class books
Their puffapod plants
Chocolate Frogs (though I forgot before many of the guests left!)
And their pinata loot
I already know I'm doing a repeat of this party in January, when my youngest turns 5. Should be a breeze, right?
